1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch.

  • Physical Products: Standard processing time takes 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, your order will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.

  • Digital Products (E-books): Instant delivery. Access links are provided immediately via email after checkout completion.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (United States)

We currently offer shipping to physical addresses within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: After the processing period, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

  • Total Estimated Fulfillment Time: 10 to 17 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking updates to register with the carrier’s system.

4. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders enter processing shortly after placement. If you need to make corrections, contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address or intercept the package.
